This project transformed every space in an existing Spanish Revival home.

On the main level, we completely re-worked the existing layout to create a master suite, and the kitchen was fully renovated with new windows that fill the space with natural light. The living room was shifted to the back of the plan, adjacent to a generous new terrace. A folding door system connects the two spaces and allows for true indoor-outdoor living.

Downstairs, previously unimproved space was converted into a guest suite, child's room, laundry, and family room with bar. Outdoor seating, sheltered by the terrace, leads to the newly landscaped backyard.
